The Hotel, situated in the Marina Centro area of Rimini, is family run. Although only 100 metres from the beach (bathing attendant nr.35), it is undisturbed by traffic or train noise. The Hotel features a garden, car park and garage, three lifts, bar, children's game-room, and table tennis. The spacious lounge, dining room and Elite rooms are all air conditioned. The Bar is open 24 hours. A night porter service is also available.
We offer superb home cooking in our spacious and air conditioned dining room. There are two daily menus, including fish and meat dishes, as well as a buffet service. Special diets and children's menus available upon request. An excellent breakfast is available from 8.00am, with both table service and a varied buffet. Mineral water and Sangiovese wine are included in the room price, if consumed in the dining room.
Standard rooms are modern and comfortable, with Satellite-TV, minibar, electronic safe, direct telephone, hair-drier, and comfortable orthopedic mattresses. 3° and 4° bed are available upon request. The majority of rooms have a balcony.
Elite rooms have been completely refurbished to four star level. Richly furnished, they are also soundproofed. All rooms are air conditioned with individual heat settings, and the personal safe and room door are opened via magnetic card. Elite rooms have spacious bathrooms with showers. Computer plug-in facilities are also provided. All rooms have a balcony with a small drying rack. A free reserved car park space is available approx. 50 metres. from the Hotel. Communicating rooms are available upon request.
The Beach: an area of the beach is reserved for Hotel residents (bathing attendant nr.35), where our Guests are welcomed by professional staff. Parties and activities are held from time to time for both children and adults. Night parties are in the Romagna Region tradition with local music, the ever-present piadina, sliced ham/salami/sausage, and a good bottle of Sangiovese wine. For Hotel residents the following beach services are free: as well as the usual shower amenities, all beach bar games (basket, beach volley, ping pong, and so on), toilets facilities, use of the changing-rooms, a night time deposit for equipment, lost property service, lifeguard service and first-aid assistance, and free entrance to the beach's gymnasium.
Free facilities: bikes, games rooms, car parking (Elite rooms have a reserved parking place). An Adsl link is available to those Guests requiring access to the internet. All our Guests are insured against theft on the Hotel's premises, and for tyre or glass damage to cars left in our car parking facilities. As a "thank-you" to our Guests we like to offer a small gift at checkout time (minimum booking period three consecutive days).
Discounts: A 30% discount is available to hotel residents for umbrella, deckchair and sunbed hire, excepted during August. There are also many reductions on offer at the various amusement and theme parks: like Aquafàn water park, Italy in Miniature, Fableland, Aircraft Museum, Le Navi sea park, Fun fair, Minigolf, Dolphinarium, Disco bowling, Night Clubs, Discoes, and many, many others!!!
