These quartini are made to please both the business and the leisure travellers.
They offer the confort of home while being in the economic and commercial district of Naples with its attractions, traditions and culture.
Each quartino is different from the other. That's why they are named after the most evocative neapolitan areas and quartiers such as Capodimonte, San Ferdinando, Medina or Montesanto.
"I Quartini di Vico Sergente Maggiore 21" is a home in the historical centre of Naples, where you can live for short periods of time, from three up to ninety days.
Twenty small flats (from 30 to 70 square meters), entirely renovated, newly furnished and equipped with modern appliances.
Every quartino has indipendent heating system, bathroom with shower, TV set and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a weekly cleaning of the flat, including a change of bed and bath linen. This service can be offered more frequently upon customer demand.
A 24/7 parking-garage is located near the building.
Case Così's "quartini" are located in the lower part of the Quartieri Spagnoli, only 30 meters from the well-known via Toledo and Galleria Umberto I. This is the very heart of the city, where everything is within reach: all the architectural and historical milestones of Naples, the shopping streets and everything you need for the day-by-day purchases.
In the proximity of the building you will find piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, S.Francesco di Paola basilica and the entrance of the Napoli Sotterranea tour. The pedestrian street via Chiaia will lead you to the elegant area of piazza dei Martiri and via dei Mille.
Heading the sea, you will reach piazza del Municipio and the new Metro station, Maschio Angioino castle and Molo Beverello harbour for your trips to Capri, Ischia and the Costiera. You can also walk to the Santa Lucia area, Castel dell'Ovo and Borgo Marinari or visit one of the main neapolitan theatres such as San Carlo Opera House, Augusteo, Mercadante or Sannazzaro.
A funicular in piazzetta Augusteo will bring you to Vomero, the hilltop of Naples, with its enchanting Certosa di San Martino and Castel Sant'Elmo.
