The hotelier tradition in the Bonapace family dates back many years. Today, it has branched out to include bed and breakfast accommodation, as well as self-catering and time-share apartments throughout Italy. These solutions all offer tastefully furnished accommodation - including every home comfort - at affordable prices.
The Bed & Breakfast Bonapace Porta Nolana is situated in front of the city gate, Porta Nolana; this is an ancient entrance gate to the city which, today, is the location of the most bustling and best-stocked Neapolitan fish market.
The rooms are furnished tastefully with particular attention to the smaller details.
The interiors are characterised by a homogeneous style which contributes to the harmony of the whole place, while one’s eye is caught by the numerous artistic “curiosities” which follow the conceptual idea of the proprietor himself. Each room has en-suite bathroom, TV and a small balcony from which you may enjoy looking out over the typical colours of the city which is still so full of life and rich in its traditions.
Should you wish to stay for longer and be totally independent, as an alternative to the superb breakfast accommodation, we can offer you three, one-room apartments complete with corner kitchen area, fridge and all the necessary equipment.
The B&B is the ideal departure point for all types of outing: 20 metres away, there is the special Circumvesuviana train which connects with the modern Centro Direzionale area, or with Sorrento and the Costiera coastal road, as well as the archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano or the slumbering Vesuvio volcano - 200 metres away, there are: the main station, the metropolitana underground and the entrance to the autostrada motorways (A1 and Salerno–Reggio Calabria) – By bus, we are close to the airport, the city centre and also to the port from which it is possible to reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
